NOTES
William LAWRENCE (So450) was apprenticed for 8 years as a Tobacco Pipemaker on 1 Jun 1686, and became a Freeman of the City of London in 1697. The apprenticeship indenture gives William as "sonn of Mathew LAWRENCE late of Feversham in the County of Kent wheeleright deceased". However, I have so far been unable to find a baptism for William.
Variant spellings of the surname LAWRENCE include LAWRANCE, LAURENCE, LAURANCE, LARANCE etc.
